Soccer Training is one thing that soccer players are always doing. Especially if the World Cup qualifications are coming up. The players all need to be in tip top shape, so they can put their best effort in every game. Because they will be representing their own Country. This year the World Cup will be played at Qatar starting on November 21 to December 18. If you know about World Cup Tournaments you will notice that it is normally not played that late in the year. But because of Qatar’s weather it will not be played earlier like usual.
I will be keeping this page current once we know the teams that will head over to Qatar 2022 World Cup. That is when it starts getting really good. It is such an exciting time to watch the games as they qualify. Obviously after all teams are selected, it is even better.
Soccer Training-World Cup 2022 qualification stage is happening now
As of January 29, 2022 the following teams have qualified so far in no order whatsoever:
- Qatar because they are the host Country
- Iran
- England
- Spain
- Argentina
- Serbia
- Netherlands
- Belgium
- Switzerland
- Denmark
- France
- Croatia
- Germany
- Brazil
So far the above 14 Countries of 32 will be going to the 2022 World Cup. We need 18 more teams to join, so we can have all the qualifiers. All the teams must continue their soccer training, so they can make their Countries proud. No one wants to be eliminated on the first round. I love to watch the games while the World Cup is in full swing. Usually I have my score sheet ready to jot down which team gets to go home first and so on. I always try to predict the winner of the Cup. But when the team that I select goes home; I get really sad because then I have to pick another team.
Some Information I Have Seen Watching Soccer World Cups
I started watching the World Cup back in 1994, when it took place here in the United States and since my Husband is such a fan, I too began to watch almost every game. Never thought how nerve wreaking it could actually be. And how some fans really get into the game. Some even travel with their families just to get a glimpse of the game. Even though they do not have tickets to go into the stadiums. They are truly happy just being there and taking in all the excitement and the emotion.

This page is a work in process. I have an update on the teams that have qualified so far. As of March 8, 2022; only one more country has qualified and that is South Korean. Therefore leaving us with 17 more to qualify.
As of March 30, 2022- A total of 29 teams have qualified so far. These are the last 14 to qualify which means that 3 spots are still available.

Finally the last step: Selecting the teams in different groups
Now we are ready to put 4 teams in eight different groups A to H. There will be a drawing to determine which teams will play together for the first round.
The results of the drawing for each group are as follows:
A: Qatar, Ecuador, Netherlands, Senegal
B: England, Iran, USA, Wales
C: Argentina, Mexico, Poland, Saudi Arabia
D: Australia, Denmark, France, Tunisia
E: Costa Rica, Germany, Japan, Spain
F: Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Morocco
G: Brazil, Cameroon, Serbia, Switzerland
H: Ghana, Portugal, South Korea, Uruguay
